Hi, I’m Alicia Jones.

My mission is to help women embrace and empower their femininity by teaching them to learn to work WITH their bodies, hormones, and mindset! I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach for 5 years and I co-own a personal training facility with my husband! Additionally, I am in the process of becoming certified in Pre/Post Natal health as well as becoming a Cycle Syncing Method Practitioner!

After I had my second child, I was left with an unrecognizable body and a mental state that was totally out of wack. I suffered terribly from postpartum depression and anxiety that eventually lead to PMDD, Premenstural Dysphoric Disorder. Its  basically PMS on steroids, 10/10 do not recommend. 😅 

In my own efforts to get back to pre-pregnancy shape, I looked for a coach. (Yes, even coaches have coaches!) I needed a coach that new what I was going through. I wanted someone who could relate to me so I could feel a little less crazy. It was important to me to find someone who understood postpartum recovery, hormones, and would be very patiently with me as I transitioned out of the not-so-talked-about 4th trimester.

That was when I recognized a need in the market for a space in which women could feel strong, empowered, and motivated, by learning to EMBRACE hormonal fluctuations and femininity rather than try to suppress it. Basically, I couldn’t find the coach I needed, so I became the coach I needed.

So now, thats what I do! I work with women in an online 1:1 setting where I teach them how to track menstural cycle phases, modify nutrition and  exercise based on where they’re at in their cycles and I teach them how to give themselves grace when they just need vent to me as they eat a chocolate bar in the bath tub…hey no judgement here.🤷🏻‍♀️

Aside from all the postpartum and period coaching, I coach an array of other women who simply just want to tone up or shed some LB’s. Ultimately, my goal is to help you live a healthy lifestyle and make you feel better. There’s a thousand ways to skin a cat, I just figure out which way is best for you.

My no B.S. approach, potty mouth and astrological judgement is just a fun bonus.🤪
