Hi, I’m Corey Jones

Coach Corey is a lifelong athlete, and fitness coach who focuses on teaching, motivating, and ultimately molding his clients by not just giving them the proper tools in exercise and nutrition, but instilling a mindset in which the client learns their true potential, and discovers what they are truly capable of overcoming and accomplishing. Many factors contribute to the value he holds as a coach to include years of multiple sports ranging from team sports such as baseball, football, and basketball, to extreme sports such as snowboarding, skateboarding, and even competitive Muay Thai Kickboxing. He spent 10 years in the United States Marine Corps in which both mental and physical fitness is an ongoing standard. Throughout his years as a Marine, not only did he maintain peak physical conditioning, but he also led many other Marines to obtain and maintain that same level of fitness. To complement his personal, hands-on experience, he has prioritized formal, ongoing education. He has completed an in-person Certified Personal Training course, is certified as a trainer by two certifying associations, and has multiple nutrition and continuing education courses completed to include Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and many more.y ultimate goal is to make clients better than me, at what I do.

I coach my clients to become PROFICIENT.  What I mean is that the better you are at exercising or the more proficient you are at the actual art of lifting weights, and the more you understand about nutrition, the greater the results you will achieve!

Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as simply showing up to the gym for a set period of time, and seeing the changes you want. It’s definitely a start, but actually investing yourself into the craft, and practicing it as something you enjoy, is how you will get the best results.  When people hire me to help them lose weight, I condition them to develop and improve motor skills, and athletic abilities and the weight eventually comes off.
